
How to measure training effectiveness in instructor-led training
Most instructor-led training (ILT) programs end with a feedback form and a scorecard that tells you that participants had a good time. That's a start, but it's not impact. The challenge with ILT is that the most meaningful outcomes don't happen in the room. They happen back at work, on Monday, when a manager handles a difficult conversation differently, or a new hire applies a process they've just been trained on without needing to ask for help.
